Is it necessary to purchase additional software which embroidery software is Compatible with?
If you have advanced requirements to design patterns, we recommend you purchase Wilcom/Hatch/Embrilliance, you can find teaching videos on their official website or channel. PooLin EOC05 can meet your simple needs like pattern copy, separation, and rotary.

Can I buy bigger frames for this for larger image?
We have 2 different embroidery frames comes with the machine which are suitable for 2 different embroidery area/size(10cm*10cm and 10cm*23.5cm, ). If you want to embroider larger images, or larger embroidery area/size, EOC 06 and other commercial embroidery machine can meet your requirements. Tips: Embroidery area is fixed and set by the machine system, it has nothing to do with size of embroidery frame, but appropriate embroidery frame can assist you to undertake embroidery work more precisely
What should I do if I encounter a broken needle or clogged thread?
In order to solve this problem in advance, you can use the thread frame reasonably. In addition, common fabrics smaller than 4mm can be embroidered with No. 90/14 needles. If you want to sew thicker fabrics such as knitted hats or blankets, consider using a coarse fabric needle.
