Return & Refund Policy

For returns, please refer to the following criteria:

• Prepayment paid but not delivered: a refund of the prepayment can be requested.
• Paid in full but not delivered: a full refund can be requested.
• Paid in full and delivered but not signed for: 20% of the order amount will be deducted for round-trip shipping and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• Paid in full and shipped and signed for: no returns or refunds for non-quality issues.

We promise to process the refund or provide a solution within 15 days after receiving the return, up to 30 days for remote areas.

Return Process

• Please ensure that returned items remain intact with all accessories, packaging and related documentation.
• Once the returned item arrives, we will immediately check its status and notify you of the review result via email.
• Once the refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be returned in the same manner as the original payment.

Exchange Policy

• We offer a 1 year parts and labor warranty. If the goods have quality problems or are damaged during transportation, you can apply for a replacement with the same model.
• When exchanging the product, please provide the complete package of the product and the relevant proof of purchase.

Important Reminder
